Noe Vargas has a powerful aura and calming voice. I felt safe and supported in our breathwork session.I was able to release feelings that were trapped which allowed me to move on let go and forgive myself. I would recommend all to find the time to experience a powerful session with this amazing soul! Truly grateful.

Had a breathwork session with Noe and he did not disappoint. I didn't know what to expect at first but Noe did a great job guiding through every step. Very intense yet relaxing. I highly recommend anyone to give it a try!
